I got a great laptop at a decent price (still expensive), however delivery to store despite the order saying next day took 4 days. I tried calling customer services as the online tracking number was never emailed to me. The person online realised this and gave me the number however could not resend the email which should have been sent and asked me to track the order myself. Anyways turns out the store delivery software was not working so I nearly got turned away on the day I went to pick it up having tracked the order. Thankfully the system came online whilst I was out and I was able to pick up my laptop.
