I paid for 5 years product support when I got my Kenwood dishwasher in 2016 and now I am struggling to even get an appointment with them.
- You wait in line forever to get an attendant.
- They log your case and give an order number saying that you will get a call back in 48hrs to be informed of your appointment.
- One week has passed and nothing.
- The “knowhow Technician” which is a subcontractor calls you, in the middle of the day, a week later asking if you are home because he is around.
- Of course, you will probably not be at home because, I like to think, that the majority of adults are working to pay their bills and buy pointless products support.
- The “knowhow Technician” tell you that since you are not at home, the office will call you sometime next week and that he has no authority to give me an appointment.
- You call the knowhow helpline back and forward and they keep saying that you need to wait for the call back, and I was also informed that the Technician said that I was not available for the appointment that never existed in the first place.
- Now you know the level of the Company that you will be dealing with.
The Team knowhow knows only how to take your money. I am writing so other consumers will be aware of the great pain in the neck this Company is. I will make sure to post this review in every corner of the internet, so other people don’t fall for the promises that Curry’s made me while trying to sell their Product Support.
Since we have no one to defend our Consumer rights we need to stick together and avoid that others fall into the same trap.
