I ordered a HP Desktop in store and was told I would have to wait at least 10 days as I had just missed the delivery slot for that week. One delivery a week sounds pretty abysmal to me. I was told I would be emailed when it arrived. 2 weeks later, still no email. I was passing the store one time and decided to call in to find it had eventually arrived. After asking when it had arrived I was told it was 5 days earlier. But no email, no text, no phone call. Pretty shoddy service considering the price of the product and the reputation of the store.
