Care Plan is a scam!
Contacted Knowhow about my Care Plan cancellation in May 2018, still being charged for 3 months in a row now. I have contacted support and they're just ignoring my request and formal complaints. If you go to the online chat and choose existing customer support instead of new customer questions, they will just drop the chat.
Do not sign for any Care Plan, it's a Scam. Miserably customer service.
