Ordered a washer/dryer and freezer 12.11.18. Original order number 7446412780. Washer delivered ok. Freezer promised for 19.11.18. Waited in all day but not delivered.
Curry’s admit it was their fault but say they can’t deliver until 24.11.18.
Any company that really cared about customer service would have it on a van tomorrow to try and retrieve the situation.
Another case of a companies fine words in adverts not being matched by its actions.
Will I get any compensation for being screwed around? What do you think!
