Used Currys Team knowhow repair service for our LG Oled tv. which developed picture quality problem. previosly bought from Rang and booked appointment for collection. Was told TV would be repaired and returned to us after 5 days. TV was collected on time and driver very polite. We were kept updated through Knowhow website and texts about progress of repair. After exactly 5 days received text message saying TV had been repaired and would be delivered today, which it has been. Both drivers again very polite and helpful. TV works like brand new. All in all very satisfied with the efficient service provided by knowhow and would certainly recommend.
