Went into the Stirling store today with printer not working after a paper jam. The knowledgable gentleman in the know how department was very helpful in advising how to check the operation. I took the printer home, gently cleaned the innards with a vacuum cleaner, reset the printing inks, and hey presto, it works again. This is despite having purchased the printer from John Lewis. I will definitely be back to this store for my next purchase.
