I bought a TV during the 'Why Wait Promotion.' I was assured, by the sales assistant, that if the price of the product was reduced during the black tag event I would be refunded the difference. The price of the TV was reduced during the event and I took a photo to prove it. But when trying to claim a refund, I was informed that the product was not included in the deal. Therefore I was lied to by the salesman. These promotions are not worth the paper they are written on.
I have given 1 star because there is no option to give 0 star.
