The customer service in the Grantham store is second to none. The staff go out of their way to help us and make sure that we are satisfied with our purchases. We buy all our electrical items from this store and this is because the staff are so helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The Knowhow team must not be forgotten and are equally efficient and extremely helpful. The young lady serving us today was very knowledgeable about the washing machines and spent time explaining different aspects to us. This store deserves 10 out of 10 in every way. I would not hesitate in recommending Currys Grantham to anyone who may ask about it.
