We ordered a range induction cooker, waited over a week for delivery only for they to advise that they couldn't install it so delivery was rearranged for the next morning between 7am & 11am being given reassurance by the delivery driver that we would be the first delivery. I then received a text message saying that delivery would be the next afternoon between 3pm & 7pm.
My husband & I juggled work over the 2 days to make sure we were at home for the delivery, however the second delivery did not happen as we were the last drop, rather than the first as assured. This was because the driver 'ran out of driving hours' so obviously thought 'sod it' we wont deliver that last one but we wont inform the customer either, instead they updated the knowhow account giving a blatant lie saying that they had attempted delivery & asked that I make contact.
So a 25 minute wait for their customer service employee to answer the phone, has resulted in me cancelling the order, receiving a full refund and NEVER purchasing anything from Curry's again as they obviously have no care or consideration for their customers.
