I returned a broken printer to currys. It stop printing properly.
They haven't got same printer in stock for exchange, which I bought it about 5month ago.
There was exatcly same function and design printer but now with different model number and higher price.
I had to exchange to that one, and at least I had to pay different of price only half. But in other hand, I have had to pay for same function thing extra money, even because of them.
Not sure is it legal, might be I could do smth with consumer rights, but I do not bother that much, just share my experience with you.
