I BOUGHT A LAPTOP FROM PC WORLD ONLINE SHOP. IT DOES NOT WORK. WE CALLED THEIR HEAD OFFICE AND THEY TOLD US TO GO TO THE NEAREST BRANCH TO RETURN. BUT WHEN WE WENT TO STEPNY GREEN STORE IN LONDON THEY HARASSED US AND REFUSED TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
