Ordered a fridge yesterday at 18:00(cut off was 19:00) for next morning delivery.
Got a text stating that it's being delivered on Monday instead forgetting that most of us work on Monday.
They couldn't change it to afternoon, evening or tomorrow. No effort to rectify this.
Also I woudnt have got my refund if I didn't call. The customer support guy was friendly though.
