Awful. Day off work to take delivery of a fridge. Did not arrive. Was told order was cancelled. They would not tell me why or who cancelled order. Did not inform me of this or the fact delivery would not take place. Customer service just fobbed me off saying they did'nt know anything. Really !? An order being cancelled but no one knowing who did it or why !?!
Complete shambles ..avoid at all costs.
