Ordered an oven which came yesterday, opened it and it has a huge dent in the metal.
Contacted currys and tried to arrange a replacement, to come after 5pm any night as I cant get time off work at this short notice, but they couldn't guarantee delivery would be after 5pm. Thought they would make this a priority and organise this somehow as it was there mistake.
Redelivery is now happening Saturday but I have to go another week without an oven with a family to feed. Really disappointing customer service.
