absolutely discusting customer service. Collected new washing machine, got it home, didn't work. Tried ringing c'mer Serv on hold over 1/2 hr, tried several times. No free phone no. Emailed, finally got reply 5 days later saying sorry but not addressing my request for compensation as had no option but to return to store (another 20 mile round trip). Trying again as we spk to contact cmer services, on hold 13+ mins at moment.
WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT CURRYS AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!! & ADVISE OTHERS TO DO SAME.
