took 7 phone calls to customer service to get dishwasher sorted. one delivered damaged. each phone call took 31 minutes with the first 20 mins on hold, no confidence in what you were being told by staff, if first one had done their job properly would not have needed the other 6 calls and me being uptight with silly jingle while waiting, Not Customer Service.
