I was sold 2 years Mcafee cover when I purchased my new lap top. When I entered the code to renew it was not accepted as the card had not been activated. I went back to the Peterborough store where the most rude arrogant Manager who could not bother to talk to me until I confronted him, said we no longer can verify the card and completely ignored that I had a receipt. He was not interested at all in helping me!! I am a senior Manager of a large company and would dismiss this person immediately. His attitude and arrogance has no place in today's standard of customer service. I will pursue my complaint and I suggest anyone reading this review considers very carefully about purchasing anything from Currys of Peterborough. John Lewis price match and offer 100% better customer service.
