Should have option of less than 1 star. Ordered a new washing machine as ours broke on sat night ordered on sunday for monday delivery get a phone call 5 mins after my time slot to say couldn't be delivered ran out of time would have to wait till Wednesday. Wednesday comes and surprise surprise same thing again and now have to wait till friday so almost a week with no washing machine. Not the staff fault but the system as they are not allowed to work past their hours or they get fined which is ridiculous. Delivery hub manager rude and needs a slap in store manager was great and sympathetic and has put decent refunds so let's see if it arrives friday lol
