Worst after sales service on earth have never encountered service so bad. we paid cash for a washing machine from Curry's and after 3 months the main bearings have gone upto now and still not repaired I have made q6 phone calls had 4 promises on repairs and had phone put down on me twice today we was booked in for a repair so my wife took a day off work costing us £86 as she had to wait for repair man BUTwe received a call the same morning saying that they cannot attend so now re scheduled again so I have to take a day off work costing me approx £80 so o. top of no repair at the moment it has also cost us £160 in taking 2 days off. We have contacted a solicitor and will be taking this matter FORWARD.WE WILL NEVER USE CURRYS OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. YOU ARE A DISGRACE BOW YOUR HEADS IN SHAME. DO NOT USE CURRYS..
