Words fail me with the customer service I have received! I reported a fault with my eight month old dishwasher in mid-November. I have had four engineer visits so far, the first three were spent mis-diagnosing the fault...and today’s visit was an engineer turning up with the wrong part! As I have been given an 8am until 6pm appointment (which is their norm) I have had to take countless hours off of work.... and still my dishwasher hasn’t been fixed! I have also lost count of the hours I have spent on the phone, my calls to the service centre calls that haven’t been returned and two complaint emails that haven’t been acknowledged!
So, be warned! This is the worse customer service I have ever received. I would like to make a formal complaint for compensation for my wasted time and money, but I doubt anyone would answer the phone to listen to me anyway!
