Telephoned Customer Services as I had bought a Nintendo Switch game in store that stated I would get a code for a free 6 month Spotify subscription. I didn't receive the code on the receipt.
I didn't think they would be able to help but they were extremely helpful. They asked for my receipt number and and store number and said I would receive a code within 7 days. I received it within 30 minutes so was very satisfied. Very quick and efficient service. Thank you.
