Smasung TV ordered for 70th birthday present and lorry arrived on day of expected delivery 24th March ,but no TV onboard. Countless long phone calls made since and have been on hold for 90 minutes at a time, but no one answers. Emails sent and no one replies. Tracking says 'contact needed' ,but no one answers phones or emails. I know Coronovirus has affected the number of people working, but this is a total disgrace. Surely someone can reply to an email. Money taken and no way to contact anyone.
