Disgraceful. Quick to accept and take orders . But nobody to help if there are problems or returns. Waited over 2hrs on hold twice only to be cut off. Got a reply on fbook messenger to send details which.i did and no reply again. Tried calling again today and waited 80 minutes. Complained to the , Head Office, Govt, Watchdog, etc.
I have spent many thousands of pounds over the yrears at Currys. Never again. I have also warned family and friends not to purchase from them.
