I have e- mailed my complaint four times and after three they asked to resubmit it has the had lost the details. I was promised a reply within 24hours . Still waiting six days later.
The product was good but the refund of the installation charge was the problem and I am happy it was not on the product.
I will never purchase anything else if this is the way they treat their customers
