Worst service ever!!! I ordered a Logik Lenovo laptop adapter from Currys PC World on 15/04/2020 and after it was delivered on 21/04/2020, I plugged it into my laptop and discovered it wasn't charging. I sent out several emails to the company asking for either a replacement or a refund, but nobody has replied to any of my emails. When I finally got through to them on the phone, I tried to explain my problem but the man wasn't paying attention to what I was telling him and on 02/05/2020, I phoned Currys PC World and waited for over an hour for someone to pick up the phone and nobody answered and I'm stuck with a charger that cannot even do its job. Currys PC World you have lost my business and I will never buy anything from you ever again!!! Brett Thomson-Hunter
