9 weeks ago an engineer said a faulty oven could not be fixed in a Senior Citizen household! I now get a code to replace but I must call them. 1 hour 50 minutes later a man answers and sounds unaware of what to do _ so he cuts me off.
Customer Care does NOT exist. 9 weeks is appalling. Hang your head in shame.
