I cancelled my order 3 weeks ago (CUR2076734650) and no one has contacted me about the refund, even though I was told - what can I do?????
Just to confirm - my order was NEVER delivered as it was cancelled (confirmation on text message received). I was told you would get in touch with me within 5 days and no one did, and I still haven't received the refund.
PLEASE HELP!
