I first tried to get in touch with Currys on May 21st about a faulty monitor I had purchased.
Despite spending over 2 hours on the phone that day and continuously getting disconnected when being transferred to the department I needed to talk to, I reverted to Twitter to try and get some form of response. It must be one guy managing the thousands of complaints they're receiving as it was days between response times.
It was 8 days later that I eventually managed to get the monitor picked up.
I was told 19 days after first contact (having chased numerous times on Twitter) that they no longer had the monitor in stock.
It's now day 20 and I'm still trying to resolve the matter.
