tried to cancel an online order as could get it £14 cheaper. can only do this by phoning and in store is instore credit.
my call was answered within 2 minutes but i was then told i would be put through to the relevant department. 41 minutes later the phone rang as though going through for 30 seconds and then went dead.
use argos or other online store if purchasing online for peace of mind
