Firstly, never buy any item from Curry's that is on sale, where some brands try to reduce their prices to treat their customers to popular products out of their range or budget, Curry's only does so because of faults or complaints with the item to help reduce their stock and quicken sales on products stuck in slow traffic due to their unwanted production lines. They will even train their staff to help to purposely misinform their customers by not mentioning certain defects and low ranks of a product when advising you on what item should best suit your needs and not their wants. This, they have done so to me on many occasions (selling me a laptop with no CD drive, convincing me to buy a camera that was not even close to the profession quality that I required at a ridiculous price...Jessop's assistance is words, not mine). The repair team that most of their customers will eventually need due to the poor condition of the items that Currys choose to promote and market at the front line of their stores, only know one thing true to their name and that is to know how to be a pro at ploughing through your dough (team knowhow). I have previously had to pay to get my laptop sent out to them to assess, only to be told that repairing it would cost me more than the actual laptop itself...even though I purchased the item from their Currys store so the missing parts should not cost them more than the laptop took to produce? Having said that, I have on numerous occasions been warned about doing business with certain individuals from certain countries but have chosen to ignore these bias statements from other's experiences due to my upbringing surrounded upon diversity. However, the more I continue to interact with companies such as "Currys", the more they seem to leave me at an unease after transactions with them that only settles a need to obtain just one wish to blossom and that is a hope that their head chef would change direction with that blend of seasoning already and add some paprika to the cold servings that they like to keep dishing up since that pedigree of culture is known to be too much about their money and not enough about a great service. In advance, all potential customers should be warned that none of Curry's emails are open for communication since they have now been made inactive even though their website states otherwise. Most of the numbers that will be given to you to forward you to a more helpful department since a majority of their staff are working from home so can only provide so much assistance, will either waste all your extra credit or ring until finally disconnected. They currently only have one help line open with a one hour and an half waiting time period mostly and their in store help is no better since the managers claim to have no authority to amend any exchanges or refunds at their till points. Unfortunately they are also not being kept up to date with the communication issues happening online with their support teams and head office since they are still advising customers to seek help from an inoperative transmission line that offers no form of communication in response. Your only option is to write a letter to the main address for Currys but do be warned, there are two different postcodes of these addresses being offered, one is on their website and the other upon their customer leaflets so take your pick wisely or if your me, don't take any chances and just send it out to both ends for no excuses in reply to your already wasted ticks of times flicks on a company not even worth a penny of thought upon its tricks. p.s...one star is even being way too generous in my verdict.
