Around 7 weeks ago i gave my espresso machine back to the local currys as it didn't work. The guy on customer service told me that it can take up to 4 weeks, which is fine.
6 weeks after this i had no call about my espresso machine so i decided to drive there and ask about it.
The same guy was on customer service and told me that they lost my machine when they were transferring it (!!!!!!!!).
He said that they are investigating what happened.
I don't care what happened to be honest, its been 7 weeks and i still don't have a phone call from you. The machine been lost its not a good excuse. Very disappointing.
