We designed my dream ring and took the design from concept to finished product. The finished product looked absolutely nothing like the sketches or renders; in fact, it was an unmitigated disaster. With no option to refund my purchase they were only willing to start again and try to make another design. We are satisfied with the finished second design. But I did not enjoy being forced to use them after they failed the first design. Would not use them again in light of the full experience and would not recommend custom-designed jewelry to a friend.
