Almost everyone that I have dealt with has been very helpful and professional in their approach. No one was “pushy”, which is something that I, personally, appreciate. My only negative point was that my ring came unfinished according to my plan. When I told them they quickly sent a label for return to fix their mistake; however, they would NOT send a pickup to my home and even though it was their mistake, I had to take the ring to the delivery service. I have received the finished ring and it is beautiful.
