There were aspects of working with CustomMade that created a great experience. Your staff was incredibly responsive and helped me move the project along quickly. The drawings and designs turned around quickly, and once again helped the project move along. Also, the details given about the project, such as options, price, and even other information about how the ring is made was very informative. We ended up with a beautiful ring that I know my fiance is very happy about. The one thing I was not impressed by was the creativity of the design team. Almost every time I sent pictures in to help them get a good idea of her style, they would send back a design that was an exact replica of what I had sent. I expected a little more creativity throughout the entire process. Eventually, we sent in a drawing that my fiance had done herself of the halo, and that is what we went with. It almost seemed like behind the very professional and patient liaison to whom I was speaking, there was a very impatient and annoyed designer that slightly gave up after we rejected the first few.
