I could not have asked for a better experience through each step of the process. There was transparency regarding the price, payments, and the differences between options. All of my questions along the way were answered beyond expectation and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or anything. Was actually recommended to go with the cheaper of the options I liked for the center stone, because it would actually look better due to the cut (and other things I am not remembering). The few photos I supplied and descriptions of what I was looking for returned a lovely design. After making a couple little changes they had a rendering of the perfect ring. The end product was exactly what I was hoping for and I’m sure my partner is going to absolutely love it. I was a little hesitant about doing something like this through a website but couldn’t be happier I did.
