The experience working with Custom Made was great! I admit, in the beginning, I was a little unsure about the process, but they worked with me and were able to answer all the questions I had, even when I was not completely sure what I was looking for. I knew I wanted an engagement ring that had a gem (onyx) that many other jewelry places do not offer. I am very impressed with their designs, creativity, and tenacity in helping customers to find that "perfect" ring. I can't stop staring at it, because it really does feel like "me"!
