This is my second time reviewing Custom Made, and I honestly could rave on and on about how awesome my experience was just like I did last time! After months of searching, my fiancé and I couldn’t find my perfect wedding band out in the market. So, I logged back into my Custom Made account, opened my messages, and took Charm up on her offer to have Custom Made design my wedding band. Once again, from beginning to end, my design experience was phenomenal! I even got to work with the same awesome team members as last time! Tricia and Racquel helped me again with designing and fine tuning the perfect band for my big day. And once again, they were super professional, caring, creative, and amazing! Everything from the timeliness of the responses to the speed of delivery was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
