the process was very smooth, and they were very considerate in terms of configuring the ring no matter what step of the process you’re in (i believe i changed the stone 3 different times, going for Moss Agate, to an Oval cut Diamond, until eventually choosing a Pear shaped salt and pepper diamond). the Ring came out perfect, they asked me what things she liked, i told them her favorite flowers, and they incorporated Orchids and Hibiscus into the setting. my wife loved it, as it was her first Ring since getting her promise ring. i plan on coming back in 10 years when i upgrade her ring to 2ct. only took about 2 weeks to bring the 3D image to life. I have 0 complaints.
