The team at Custom Made took my ideas and really did great work. I wanted several adjustments as the design process continued and they were very helpful, willing and eager to ensure the engagement ring I envisioned was brought to life. In a time it seems like so many people don’t take pride in their work or are willing to go an extra mile for customer service, I found all of the staff here a refreshing and excited to assist me! And they did not try to pressure me at all during the process to upgrade to bigger stones or more expensive options… in fact they did a great job at giving me options to remain within my budget… and would have kept it within the budget, but I chose to go a bit over… with no pressure from them at all.
