When I accidentally stumbled upon CustomMade, I had been searching for the perfect wedding band for my fiancé, but guys rings don’t have the greatest selection. I had never heard of this site and my expectations weren’t very high, but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and see what happened. It was about 11:30 pm and immediately I received a response from a member of the team. She was polite and informative and put me at ease right away. She assured me they could bring my vision to life, and after the team put together beautiful drawings and renderings of my idea, they put together the perfect piece of jewelry! It was truly everything I could have hoped for and more. I absolutely loved working with Jade, Mark, and Janine. They were so attentive and polite and informative and made me feel like a valued client. I will 100% work with them again in the future for the amazing service they provided! They also had my ring to me much early than I excepted, and I’m glad I didn’t skip any of the steps!
