My whole experience was beyond amazing. From the start, the outline and details of the process to create a custom piece was clearly stated and totally professional. The team was helpful and amazing in every step of the ring design and making process. They ensured I was completely satisfied with the drawing and 3D design before moving to the actual ring and the final piece was just like the renderings! Things that can be improved- 1. Having a call or video call at the start of the process to have a more personal experience. 2. More information about the company is needed and someone who actually answers the phone line. I was very nervous being an international buyer and not being able to get much info on the company or actually speak to someone to clear my doubts before and after making payments. Making such a big purchase online instead of a physical store is scary where there is little info on the company you're dealing with. What actually helped me was messaging some who recently purchased and posted to Instagram. She was able to clear all my doubts. Hopefully this review helps someone clear those doubts. 3. As amazing as the photography is, a video of the ring on completion would have better to see the ring in all angles especially if there are hidden or small details. 4.Ring box choices should be given. I actually came across one I really liked on the Instagram page and request it, however my ring was sent in another box and when I contacted custom made they were able to ship out the correct box but it was too late for my engagement shoot.
