The Custommade team is extremely responsive and careful to assure that the design phase is actually what the customer wants. They are clear about pricing v. quality as well, and work to make sure you provide the right size. We had some logistic difficulties once the ring was complete, which was unfortunate, but the team worked extremely hard to right the unfortunate mistake. In the end, my daughter was very taken with the subtility, beauty and quality of the ring, and the fact that no one in the world will ever have her ring. This is the place to come to get a beautiful ring custom made. The only reason this is not a five star rating is due to the logistic issues we had.
