CustomMade certainly is an experience. For someone like myself where the topic of proposing is not necessarily something that comes naturally to me, this can be a daunting experience (and of course expensive investment!). For those who are just entering the market and getting their bearings, it is hard to ask for something truly custom, it is not easy to gauge how good of a job the team will do, nor whether you will like it at the end, and of course whether your partner will like it as well! Especially when your partner barely wears any jewelry to begin with. What CustomMade did was to offer exactly what I needed: calm professionalism and reassurance in the steps taken towards this project. They were detailed, methodical and gave expert opinion when I would not know how to proceed. They have an incredible team which continuously supports you by asking questions, providing suggestions, alterations, you name it. And if you midway decide to "scratch all that, lets start anew" they do exactly that. Every little issue, every little nuance and detail, they tend to, and any small piece of doubt you might have, they will address, until the final result is perfect. When I embarked on with them, I thought I was asking for the impossible, but that was clearly not the case. Not a week later from when I gave the last green light, I had in my hands exactly what I had described and asked for. When you know that you have a competent team on your side, there is little you are afraid of! I am wishing the team all the best as they clearly deserve it!
