I had the pleasure of working with Mika, Kevine and Nix (respectively) from start to finish of my piece. I will try to discuss every aspect of my experience. Mika first contacted me after showing interest in getting a “CustomMade” ring. She was very responsive and worked with me through getting my idea on paper. Kevine, who I spent the most time corresponding with, was there to fine out the details for my piece. Of note, Kevine rendered maybe five or more digital designs for my piece and he was extremely patient. Every design, up to the last, was off the mark to the point I wasn’t sure if I was receiving the artwork for my ring. However, after what I thought was a solid description and some shoddy Microsoft paint on my part, Kevine worked with me through everything and got my design to exactly what I envisioned. Big thanks to Kevine for being patient as we went on for weeks with his team changing digital designs and me denying them. Lastly, Nix was the final production man for my ring, he kept me appraised and educated me on the process up until the ring was complete. If you notice in my “Quality and Design,” I put a four star review. The only issue, though small, I have with my ring is the epoxy coating and/or the raised lion. Either the epoxy was too high, or the raised gold lion too low, as the jaw of the lion is cut off by epoxy making it appear to me more as an Arabic horse rearing than a lion. Even with that small imperfection I am still in awe of CustomMade’s process and work on my ring.
