If you are like me, this was the first time that I bought any real jewelry. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my experience with Custom Made. They helped educate me on the process, about the materials and numerous times throughout the process, they explained multiple points of view re: different diamond characteristics with drastically different price implications. They came up with a stone that really matched what I was looking for and were very insightful about the areas where I could save and that are not detectable by the human eye. This meant a lot to me as I spoke to many other diamond dealers that seemed to be pushing the more expensive option, every time. Oh, and last but not least. I was sort of dreading the process, thinking it was materialistic and something I had to do because of society. Anyways, I love looking at the ring on my fiancé's finger every day. It is the first thing I do when she gets home from work. It came out perfectly.
