I started out being very skeptical because an online business can be sketchy. However, I was happy I tried CustomMade they created a piece of jewelry I wanted. They kept me updated along the way until it was finished. There was only one thing that bothered me, the finished piece had some issues. I got offered help to fix it but decided to accept it due to not having enough time to return and have looked at it. Other than that this was my first time having custom-made jewelry made and it was a pleasant experience. Thank you~
