We had a very specific design goal and couldn't find "the ring" anywhere... I went to countless stores in person and went through the process on a few online sites but when I dove deeper into things nothing felt right. I stumbled upon custom made and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get started. Let me tell you, they work until they get things right... To say we were picky would be an understatement and the back and forth between us and the designers was exhausting, probably more so on our end. The fact that you only have to pay $100 to get a 3D render is pretty spectacular. We finally got the ring right and it was smooth sailing afterward. There was a quality control issue after the initial casting and gem setting, they let us know right away and the ring was scrapped and recast/reset. She could not be happier with the final product and as an added bonus... she said yes!
