The staff is very kind, quick to respond, and truly want to ensure each ring's design is the best that it can be, both in quality, and aesthetic design, to match each couple's story. They will not only make the ring, but inform you how their process works, and how each ring is made. The pricing is not cheap, but it is reasonable and fair (but hey, it is custom after all). The staff will work with you to not only design the best ring, but to ensure the best quality diamonds and metals are used for each couple's price range. I was made an amazing ring, and I can't think of anything that would make it better (and I was even on the cheaper side of budgets)!
