My experience with custom made was phenomenal. I was a little unsure about doing something online but after a bit of research and reading reviews both good and bad, I decided to pull the trigger. I am so happy that I did because the piece We made together was not only stunning but looked exactly as it was proposed to me by the designers. The rings were amazing and beyond what I had expected but it wasn’t just the product that I was impressed with. The customer service was outstanding. I was picky and made changes throughout the process but no matter what the custom made personal involved where professional and personable. They seemed like they where just as excited as I was which made the process seem like a team effort. They always got back to me with haste and if there was some Miscommunication they ensured they understood what I was asking and rectified any issues. They also sent my ring to me as soon as I approved the final product. I literally received it within the next few days! You can’t pay for that type of genuine customer service. I could not have made a better decision with both the quality of my rings and the people behind this amazing company. I’ve also shared my ring with about 10 family members and every single one of them said the same thing wow! She’s going to love it, where did you get that? Well done and thank you from a man who is about to propose with a show stopper.
